How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Standard orders ship within 3-5 business days. Custom or hand-placed crystal designs require a lead time of 7-14 business days before dispatch.
Do you offer a warranty on the stones and embellishments?
Yes, we offer a 90-day 'Sparkle Guarantee.' If any crystals become loose or fall off due to manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase, we will repair the item free of charge.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made pieces are final sale.
Are the crystals ethically sourced?
